Tennis Academy Drill: Increased control
This tennis academy drill is similar to the "specific zones" drill the only difference is that the player doesn't decide before where he will hit. When he throws the ball for the serve the coach tells him were to hit(T line or outside corner).
Some players throw diferent when they want to hit in the t-line and diferent when they want to hit the outside corner, some of them (especially seniors) even move closer to the middle when they want to hit the T line, and by this letting the oponent know his intention. But by using this drill you force the player to throw the same regardless of where he will hit.
