Forehand long line tennis drill
In this drill, the coach feeds the ball from the basket. Player A starts from the middle of the court, just behind the cone, moves into position A1 and hits a forehand long line. After hitting returns to the center going around the cone.
Optimum number of players 2-4.
Number of strokes: 5 - 25, depending on the number and skill of players and if we want to work ond speed or resistance.
Obs. We use the cone to force the player to come to the center, if we work on technique the cone should be removed.

Obs. This drill can be played also by two players, one playing forehand long, and the other-one backhand long. Coach is stepping out and he can start the ball for the players from outside the court.

The coach hits another ball in the other side, player moves to position A2, hits a backhand long and recovers with side steps. The player must always recover with side steps, when the coach launches the ball he should make a split step, run to the ball, hit and recover again.
Optimum number of players 2-6
Obs. We can feed a small amount of balls (6-8) to work on the speed or a large amount (10-20) to work on the resistance. If we have 6 or more players on the court every player should hit 6 balls, then pick-up and go back to the line, this way we don't have a long line of players waiting to hit.

Forehand passing shot tennis drill
In this tennis drill the coach feeds 4-6 balls from the basket. Player A starts from behind the cone simulating a difficult recovery, gets in position A1 from were he hits a forehand passing shot long line or short cross. After hitting goes around the cone and the coach feeds again.
Optimum number of players 1-4
Obs. Coach should feed a deep difficult ball simulating an oponnent attack. Player shoud hitt a forehand long very close to the line, or a short cross trying to pass an eventual opponent comming to the net.
